Planit Photo Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") operates http://www.planitphoto.com (the "Site"), Planit Pro, Planit China and Planit Live (the "Apps"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site and the Apps.

Collection of personal information

We take user's privacy seriously. Generally speaking, we didn't collect any personal information from you in the Site or the Apps, not to mention storing them somewhere or sell them for profit. Permissions required in the Apps

We don't serve any ads or push any notifications.

Geo-Location Information: We will ask this permission when the app starts for the first time. If you choose yes, we will center the map at your current location which is more convenient for you. If you choose no, we will have to center the map at latitude 0 and longitude 0 which is somewhere in the ocean. You can still manually drag the map, or search a location, to start your first plan. After the first time, we will only ask this permission when you click on the current location button so that we can show a blue circle on the map to indicate it. It is okay to grant the location access only once when asked as we don\'t need to constantly access the location anyway. Your location information is used and discarded right away. It doesn\'t leave your phone. In order to access your current location, we optionally used Google, Gaode, Baidu, Tencent location libraries. They will collect information related to location (such as latitude, longitude) through IP address, GNSS, WiFi state and parameters, WiFi list, SSID, BSSID, cell phone tower, cell signal strength, bluetooth information, sensor information (accelerometer, pressure, orientation), device ID such as IMEI, IDFA, IDFV, Android ID, MEID, MAC address, OAID, IMSI, ICCID, device serial, app name and version, device parameters and system information. If you don\'t want the information to be collected, you can reject the location permission request later and the app will still work except it will not have your current location.

Photos and Files: We need the permission to access Photo and Files so that we can store your plans and markers on your device storage. This permission is required for Android 10 and under because we save them under the /PFT folder. If you are on Android 11 and later, we will save the them under Planit\'s own folder which doesn\'t need this permission anymore. However, if you use the Picture VR and the Picture Exposure, we will still ask for this permission because we need it to read the photo.

Camera: The Camera permission is needed for the AR, the Picture VR, and the Reflected Light Meter. You can grant the permission once when you use these features.

User Account Registeration

We allow user to register an account so that we can provide customize services such as but not limited to optionally store the plan and marker data, keep track of the purchases and subscriptions, provide awards for sharing markers. At any time, you can delete your account under Menu - Profile - top right menu button - Delete.

Collection of statistical information and Bug reports

We do use a 3rd party library called Fabric to keep track of statistical information and bug reports. It is fully anonymized. You can find their privacy policy at https://docs.fabric.io/android/fabric/data-privacy.html.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2015 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.

相机权限: 在使用AR、图片取景器和入射式光表的时候，我们会用到相机，请使用前批准相机权限即可。

位置权限：我们要求访问您的当前位置，以便我们可以在地图上显示蓝点或者地点名称来指示您的当前位置。位置信息只会在您的设备上面临时被使用，用完就删除，我们不会将位置信息存储在我们的服务器或其他任何地方。

图片和文件读取权限：“巧摄中国版”为了可以读写您制作的计划和标记，我们需要文件的权限。另外在使用AR，图片取景器，图片曝光计算时才要求访问您的相机和照片，以便我们可以显示您选择的照片或者计算出来您需要的信息。

用户注册：“巧摄中国版”为了可以实现跨平台订阅功能和用户上传模型后的奖励机制，我们允许您用电子邮件注册账户。我们会把您的个人信息存放在我们在北京的服务器。您的密码是加密后保存，包括我们工作人员在内，没有其他任何人可以看到您的密码。我们只会用您的电子邮件地址来核实您的账户，不会用于其他任何目的。除了发送核对电子邮件和密码重置邮件，我们不会发送任何其他邮件到您的这个邮箱。如果您想删除您的账户，可以随时个人资料页面右上角菜单按钮选择删除，我们会立即删除您的账户和所有个人信息。

个人信息：我们不会在您的设备外传输任何个人信息。“巧摄中国版”里面您的所有计划和标记都只在您的设备里面的巧摄目录，除非您选择同步到服务器作为备份或者多台设备同步。您可以随时删除同步到服务器的计划和标记。

我们不会未经允许将这些信息与第三方共享，本声明已经列出的情况除外。

隐私声明的修订：

根据需要，将随时修改本隐私声明。我们建议用户定期上网查看最新的隐私政策于使用条款规定。未来任何条款如有更新，我们将不主动提醒用户，亦不会回溯应用在之前所发生的情形，同时不会改变我们对于之前所收集的资料之处理方式。
